Case Description

When we are evaluating radiographs, an important skill is recognizing what the margins or contours of different anatomic structures should look like. This is especially true when interpreting osseous structures. Most of the time, bone margins should be smooth and flat. In this case, we will explore the margins of bone in an equine mandible and learn how to properly describe those margins when they are anything but smooth.
