Case Description

Pulmonary patterns can be very challenging to learn and understand. When you are thinking about how to interpret thoracic films with regard to the pulmonary parenchyma, it is helpful to think about the different anatomic structures that make up the pulmonary parenchyma (airways, arteries and veins, connective tissue, lymphatics) and how those structures might be affected by disease using either a DAMNIT-V or VITAMIN D approach. This case is a common clinical scenario that will focus on the Roentgen signs opacity and location.
