Moderate soft tissue swelling surrounds the left crus. A left tibial complete mid-diaphyseal transverse fracture with mild proximal and cranial displacement is evident. A proximal left fibular segmental fracture with similar displacement is evident.
Left hind closed tibial and fibular fractures.
